[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | GNUTLS_CPUID_OVERRIDE does not have any impact on performance (#566)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

The `GNUTLS_CPUID_OVERRIDE` affects mostly symmetric ciphers (AES etc), Diffie-Hellman/RSA et al are impacted mainly by gmp, and secondarily by nettle. Make sure that in that system, nettle and gmp are compiled as a fat binaries (if it is x86, arm or x86-64) and with decent compile flags.
