The problem is that Nettle master uses `--disable-gost` which got broken by benchmarking MR. I had the feeling that `--disable-gost` is covered by minimal build, however that minimal build disabled too much (e.g. `cli` and `serv` are disabled). This MR enables building of `cli` and `serv` under minimal build to catch such errors. Another approach would be to add just `--disable-gost` test run. Would you like me to do it instead of this MR?
