@jainshashank24 That is an issue that you'll need to [report to Debian](https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting.en.html), not here. In general however Debian stable doesn't get version upgrades, only patches to fix issues. The Debian security tracker currently [lists those issues](https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/source-package/gnutls28) as open and "minor" for Debian 10/Buster.
