Sorry for the delay, but at least now after thorough testing I'm pleased to say it's very unlikely it'll bring adverse effects to allowlisted RHEL-9 or blocklisted Fedora 35. Allowlisted Fedora 36 can have breakages in LEGACY without gnutls!1538, considering no protocols to be enabled, so please mind that.
