Indeed, I guess we need input from @smuellerDD.

As for the implementation, I can think of a couple of alternatives:
- add a new option, say `--fips-info`, to the existing commands (e.g., gnutls-cli)
- add a new command, installed in a less prominent directory (pkglibexec?)
- include the information in the debug log

The last one seems to be less intrusive among others.
