If I remember correctly, your vcpkg fork had functional deficiencies (#1726, [curl issue](https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/17965), and [ShiftMediaProject/gnutls issue](https://github.com/ShiftMediaProject/gnutls/issues/23)). Unless it has been already resolved, I can't recommend using that fork. Now that our CI can reliably reproduce the MinGW builds (thanks @asosedkin), we don't need it.
