[Help-gnutls] Preparing for the next stable release

The next stable release of GnuTLS is close, and I'd like to request that
you spend half one hour or so to proof-read the current manual:

Pick any section and read it, and if you don't find anything wrong, let
me know which section(s) you read.  If you find something wrong, please
followup on this e-mail and let us know.

The documentation quality depends on you!
