porting gnutls to mozilla

I think you would have to rewrite all the parts of Mozilla that use libnss
to use libgnutls instead; given that libnss and libgnutls APIs are entirely
different (I would think), that would not be a trivial rewrite. It's
definitely not just a matter of "swap the library."
