[gnutls-help] Some "missing" ciphersuites

Hi,

In GnuTLS 3.2.11, the following ciphersuites do not seem to be available,
according to the output of 'gnutls-cli --list', though, unless I'm mistaken, all
the necessary components (key exchange etc) are available, and similar
ciphersuites are available.

TLS_DHE_PSK_NULL_SHA1
TLS_DHE_PSK_RC4_128_SHA1
TLS_ECDHE_PSK_NULL_SHA1
TLS_ECDHE_PSK_RC4_128_SHA1
TLS_PSK_NULL_SHA1
TLS_RSA_PSK_RC4_128_SHA1

Is that an oversight, or is there a particular reason?
