gpa usage questions

I'm sorry to bother you, but I have a few questions about the way that
gpa works.

First, is a key generated using gpa inherently less secure than one
generated using gpg directly? (it is certainly *much* faster on my
system)

Second, where does gpa store the public and private keys it generates?
(particularly when creating multiple keys)

    Can these keys be used on more than one machine?

Third, does gpa allow me to look up a recipient's public key from a
keyserver or do I need another program to do this?
