double definition of stpcpy()

Hi,

the current cvs does not compile due to double definition
of stpcpy():

../jnlib/libjnlib.a(stringhelp.o): In function `stpcpy':
/powerhome/jan/project/windows/gpa/jnlib/stringhelp.c:274: multiple definition of `stpcpy'
../gpapa/libgpapa.a(util.o):/powerhome/jan/project/windows/gpa/gpapa/util.c:71: first defined here

I am not sure which one should be eliminated. I have removed the
one in util.c to compile successfully.
