French GPA translation

Hi,

I would like to help the GNUPG team to translate GPA in french.

But I'm not a programmer, only a PGP activist
(http://www.openpgp.fr.st).

Here is what I can do : to translate an english file you send me, as
Timo Scuhlz done last week (WinPT is now in french :-)

Timo sended me a NLS file like this, and I added the french translation
:
