Add "use-agent" to your ~/.gnupg/options, then make sure gpg-agent is=20
started _before_ KMail and GnuPG like this:
eval "$(gpg-agent --default-cache-ttl <passphrase ttl in secs>)"
I use it without the eval, though and switch Konsole to broadcast the=20
next input line to all sessions, then I copy'n'paste the output of=20
gpg-agent ;-)

Works here. At least with gpg on the command line. Haven't tried with=20
gpgme-openpgp.so recently.
