UI for the list of key signatures?

No, PGP uses a different small tree for each key.  The root of the
tree is the key itself with subtrees for each user ID that contain the
signatures.  That's why I say it doesn't handle photo IDs very nicely,
as the photo doesn't show up in the intuitive place in the tree.
