Can't download the tar.gz file from ftp

Hi
I can't download the
ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/alpha/gpa/gpa-0.4.2.tar.gz file. Something
seems wrong. I tried with the webbrowser and with wget.But no luck!

(If you wonder I tried to download from cvs. I got all the files but
when I run autogen.sh links are created to files in /usr/... and no
configure file is created. CVS is a little to advanced for me. 

Mandrake Linux 7.1, Ximian Gnome)
