Ok, there is no problem for me. I think I can deal with the last patch
without CVS, since it's mostly changes to the administrative files and small
fixes to the #ifdef's.

I'll send it to Werner when it's ready.

Well, the dialog is there for all platforms, but the code for connecting to
the server is compiled just for windows. I have no idea of how much work it
would be to compile it under unix.
