Ägypten : updated tar-ball series

Hi,

I just updated the confirmed-compile-and-work
tar-ball releases on
  http://www.gnupg.org/aegypten/development.en.html
now featuring qt 3.1 and KDE 3.1 RC3. It is worth
upgrading.

The crypto backend will be updated again on wednesday.

By the end of the week we might have the final KDE 3.1
release. Will keep you informed.
