gpgme 0.3.13 released

Hi!

I have just released version 0.3.13 of GnuPG Made Easy (GPGME).

The only noteworthy code changes are fixes to the optional gpgmeplug
module to be used with KDE 3.1 and the Aegypten project.

Another change might also be important: The directory on the FTP
server changed from alpha/gpgme to gpgme/.  For now only the=20
stable 0.3 branch will be there and tarballs of the development
version will still be uploaded to the alpha directory.

Get GPGME from the main server or from one of the mirrors listed at
http://www.gnupg.org/mirrors.html :
