Cross-compiling GPA for MinGW

... sorry. Okay, I fetched the current CVS status now.

Anyway, assuan still doesn't compile (and, if I did understand Werner right, it
won't whatever I'm trying). So, what can I do in order to get a current MinGW
GPGME?
