No, these are log message and it is not possible to translate them
all. Log messages are used to anaylyze misbehaviour of a system and
useful for the experienced (and thus english aware) user. Some of
those messages are anyway translated because they are the same as when
used on the command line, many others are not.
Especially debug messages should never ever be translated: All
developers understand English but there is no guarantee that they can
grasp German or Chinese - a bug report with translated messages is
thus pretty worthless. You might argue now that one can use the PO
files to reverse the translation, but this does not work for 2
reasons: The translation might be bad and more important this takes up
too much time.
