[issue12] Display a hint for an unsupported algorithm

The backend displays this info:

  gpgsm: unsupported algorithm `1.2.840.113549.3.2'
  gpgsm: (this is the RC2 algorithm)
  [GNUPG:] ERROR decrypt.algorithm 50331732 1.2.840.113549.3.2
  [GNUPG:] DECRYPTION_FAILED

The unsupported algorithm message and the RC2 hint should also be displayed in
KMail.  We had quite some "bug reports" about this in the past.
