It is actually quite confusing that the gnupg website still marks the 0.3
series as stable and 0.4 as alpha, without even mentioning libgpgerror. I
wrote patch for the mail client balsa (see http://balsa.gnome.org) to
migrate from 0.3.15 to 0.4.3, but it's difficult to explain the benefits
if the website is not changed accordingly:
