[Bug] GPA 0.7.0 hangs when there's no secret keys

I am not sure this is intended to be so, or a bug:

When running gpa with no secret keys in the keyring, gpa asks "to 
generate ... or later..."; choose later; try to import a public key; 
then gpa will just hang there after showing 1 public key imported.

If a user has already imported some public keys in his/her keyring 
without any private keys, gpa will hand just after clicking "later".

This has been verified on Red Hat 9 and Fedora Core 1, using homemade 
RPMs (http://apt.ling.li/rpms/gpa/).
