[issue33] Allow configuration of DN attribute order for display

Make it possible for the user/admin to specify the order DN attributes are 
shown to the user. The solution should be Kiosk-compatible, ie. specify the 
display order in KConfig entries and honour the immutable flags. Code to parse 
and reorder DNs is in cryptplug.cpp.
