[issue34] Allow configuration of DN attribute order for for certificate request generation

Make it possible for the admin (not necessarily the user) to specify the order 
of DN attributes for certificate request generation. If possible, use the same 
KConfig-layout as for #33. Allow for partly locked down attributes, e.g. like 
O, C in: 
 CN=*, [L=*,] [OU=*,] O=Intevation GmbH, C=DE 
Allow for attribute repetition (e.g. OU=KMail,OU=kdepim,O=KDE.org), but only in 
the case of adjacent attributes.
