[issue53] CertManager Certificate creation should display also DN letter codes

The dialog for entering the DN elements for a new cert request
covers a number of strings explaing each field (e.g. "Country").

The strings should also contain the corresponding DN letter
codes (L,C, ...) e.g. in brackets: "Country (C):" or
"[C] Country:".

The reason is that the fields are mostly referred to by the
letter code, not the name. To prevent confusion, the code
should also be visible.
