[issue54] gpgsm doesn't support dn attribute "bc"

I'm trying to generate a certificate request with all DN attributes required for
Ägypten.  Unfortunately gpgsm doesn't accept the name:

error setting the subject's name: Unknown name

The culprit appears to be the "bc" attribute.
