[issue57] gpgsm: more informtative debug message "Unknown name"

When generating a certificate request and the Subject DN contains attributes
that libksba doesn't know the debug message is a bit too terse:

error setting the subject's name: Unknown name

There should be some information about which part of the subject dn is unknown.
