[issue58] KDE file association defaults for *.p7c

The default KDE 3.2 file associations associate "pkcs7-mime" for
*.p7c and *.p7m and no application. Mixing p7c and p7m
is confusing.

It would make sense to me to separate p7c and associate it
with kgpgcertmanager --import-certificate %f
as a default for KDE configuration. Maybe even still for KDE 3.2?
Maybe the name "pkcs7-certificate" is appropiate then.
