[issue60] kmail: configuring smime to send only the users cert still sends CA cert as well

When configuring Kmail SMIME to send only the user's certificate,
still a signed email contains also the certificate of the CA.

The options (send all but the root and send all) seem to work.

I am not sure whether the problem is in KMail or in the Crypto backend.
