[issue226] kmail doesn't save s/mime validation settings

Kmail doesn't actually apply the settings of the S/MIME Validation Tab in the
Security config dialog.  E.g. switching ocsp on or off and clicking OK has no
effect.  The next time you open the dialog the old setting is back.  The gpgsm
config file hasn't been changed.

Doing the same setting through the crpyto-backends tab with the configure button
works and changes made there are reflected in the S/MIME Validation Tab when you
close and reopen the dialog.
