[issue117] composer autosave problems

The autosave feature of KMail is quite broken. E.g. it asks for encryption/sign 
keys. Somewhere a check on neverSign/neverEncrypt is missing. 
 
Another option would be to allow the feature to be disabled, but then the 
problem resurfaces when autosave is activated from inside the crash handler.
