[issue269] store message content unencrypted

If I open an encrypted email
I can not store its content unencrypted.

This is a serious problem.

When displaying only the encrypted part the save as
method should store the clear text.
Currently always the whole message is stored.
Or is this a feature and KMail does not allow
to store the content only?
