[issue270] OCSP: If configured wrongly: MUA hangs!

If OCSP is enabled but a wrong server is configured (e.g.
a wrong port), the MUA (ie KMail) hangs.

Actually I would have expected some timeout, but apparently
KMail hangs forever.
