Hold on, Werner!  I've been playing with gnats today and I think I
managed to get a good configuration for the website.

If you agree, I'm going to ask you to give me admin priviledges to 
website db, so that I can manage it without disturbing you.

PS: to give me admin priviledges, I think it suffices that you create a
gnats-website group which I will belong to.  Config files under website
db dir tree will then also belong to gnats-website group.
