Attention translators

Please note that from CVS 1.31 and 1.32 of index.wml not only the first
paragraph about software patents was changed, the verbal tenses changed
in the second one too.
Hint: check the CVS diffs each time you would start a translation, to
find ALL the changed things.

Also, plase use HTML entities insted of accented letters in the .wml
files
