Well, you could maintain a .htaccess file for those mirrors which make 
use of Apache...  I tried once to set up such a file.  I'll send you a 
copy of it privately...

So you're one of those lucky guys who owns an ADSL connection with a 
static IP, aren't you?  Well, if you want to mirror the web site for 
Spanish users, it'd be great I think...
