Boa adoption

Well, it'd be probably better to implement it before we put boa into 
production.  But it might be just a matter of taste...

There are another couple of errors:

1. If I request <http://www.gnupg.org:8080/download.html> a get a 404 
instead of <http://www.gnupg.org:8080/download/> as it happens with 
Caudium

2. The 404 page is not that found in 
<http://www.gnupg.org:8080/share/404.html>.

3. Is it possible to embed the error message coming from the webserver 
as it happens now with Caudium?
