Date for the General Meeting 2018

Hi!

The bitpoll page and private communications shows that having the
General Meeting of the GnuPG e.V. on

   Friday, February 2, 2018

will be the best option for most members.  Although logistics (meeting
room and accommodation) would be easier for me in Düsseldorf, it brings
the trouble that some/most of us need to get to Brussels on Friday
evening or Saturday morning.  Thus for those who attend FOSDEM anyway,
having the General Meeting in Brussels would actually easy things.

Thus unless we run into problems to get a venue in Brussels, please
assume that we will have the GM in Brussels.  An official invitation
will follow this month.
