just read again about the criticism that keyservers are just run by 2-3 people
and found out, by reading a long discussion on https://dev.gnupg.org/T4393
(see my last comment there) that it seems that using the current
implementation of hagrid with UID-distribution leans towards a central,
validating keyserver.
So I was reminded of the importance of running more keyservers
that distribute UIDs (and third party UID signatures).
