gpg-0.4.2 compiles cleanly under cygwin b20

Just to let those of you who are interested know that gnupg-0.4.2 
compiles cleanly under cygnus's newest beta (version 20)

the following configure line gives you a full compile and the binary 
appears to work in the  few tests I haev run so far.


Here is the line that worked well (for me):
cd /src/gnupg-0.4.2
./configure --target=i386-mingw32 --disable-nls
