Did something break mailcrypt?

I've found, using mailcrypt w/ pgnus in fsf 20.3, that this only
happens when trying to decrypt a message; signing works fine.

I never did get around to doing anything about it, though, since it is
just as easy for me to decrypt at the shell, given that I store each
email in its own file....
