Subkey problems

The following key: 0x375AD924 has been giving me problems. It appears that
if a subkey is revoked, GnuPG only lets you encrypt to the revoked key and
not to another subkey.

I would think that GnuPG would let you pick which subkey you wanted to
use...

(Or I could be mis-diagnosing the error, and it could be caused by
pgpenvelope. But I think there's still GnuPG confusion, since a revoked
subkey should be unusable for encryption.)
