preventing egd from being built

Nto doesn't currently support unix domain sockets, and is missing the
corresponding <sys/un.h> header. However, there doesn't seem to be
an easy way to get rndegd out of the driver list. How would I do this
cleanly, based on the presence of <sys/un.h>?
 
Currently, I just hacked the modules name out of the Makefile. I'd even
be happy with an option to configure.
