GnuPG and PRNGs

It seems to me that GnuPG is one of many programs that would benefit from 
the open source PRNG known as yarrow. I know it would create a dependency
but is that such a bad thing? It is a cross platform PRNG which might deal
with
some of the issues about cross platform entropy gathering that have been
mentioned recently. Thoughts anyone???
