Memory lock problem on aix 4.3.3

Hello,

I was able to build gnupg on aix 4.3.3 with gcc 2.95.2. 

First there was a problem in the mpi-directory, but after running 
configure with: " CC='gcc -U_IBMR2' " the build was possible.

But in the section checks, I get the following output:

Can someone help me?
