Frankly, it leaks a file descriptor from time to time and I have not
yet tracked it down.  In such case you might want to try one of the
mirrors or one of ftp-1, ftp-2 or ftp-3.gnupg.org

It does not belong to the GnuPG project and thus it lives in a
different directory.
