Clean whitespace errors in gnupg repos

The committers will notice that anyway and can do the fix prior to
applying a fix.  Anyway, those remaining trailing white space are mostly
in files not having been touched for many years like the help text
files.  Thus it should not be a real problem.  IIRC, the patch in
question was the first in in many months with white space problems?
