hello,
I would like to include the most up to date copy of my key on my web
page. I know very little php so this is hard. Optimally i would like to
have php just get the data from an url and print it. However i don't
know how to do this. Is there any way to get gpg to --export -a a key it
gets from a keyserver. I can execute commands in php so if i could do
the following life would be perfect:

gpg --keyserver pgp.dtype.org --recv-key 0x13300731 --export -a

That does not work. Any ideas?
