Problems decrypting

Are you sure that you have the secret-key imported into GnuPG?  Run
GnuPG with the option -v so it gives you a more verbose output. Run 
gpg --list-packets
on the message and send me the results privatly - it won't show any
confidential information just the things a eavesdropper can collect.
